We want to get your GLOSS. to you as quickly and affordably as possible. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
We are working toward expanding our shipping options in the future. If you are located outside the US and interested in GLOSS., feel free to contact us at contact@justglossperiod.com and we will let you know if and when international shipping becomes available.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
During peak periods (holidays, product launches, and sales), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). We may use other carriers at our discretion for specific orders, but USPS is our standard carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your shipment notification. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 5 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder first, then contact us.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@justglossperiod.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the situation, which may include:
- Filing a claim with the carrier
- Reshipping your order at no additional cost
- Issuing a full refund
For damaged items, please include photos of the product and packaging when you contact us.
PO Boxes
We can ship to PO Boxes via USPS. Make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including your PO Box number, city, state, and ZIP code.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you realize there is an error, contact us as soon as possible at contact@justglossperiod.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we can update the address. Once a package has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
