Return Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days. No hassle.
This policy is provided for transparency and informational purposes. It is not a substitute for professional legal advice.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Products may be returned opened or unopened. We accept all returns as long as the physical product is sent back. We believe in our product, and if it is not right for you, we want to make it right.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us
Send an email to contact@justglossperiod.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Receive return instructions
We will reply with a return shipping address and any additional instructions.
Ship the product back
Pack the product securely and ship it to the address provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (see exceptions below).
Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping
For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
Refund Details
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Contact us at contact@justglossperiod.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage or defect
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging (if applicable)
We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Custom Blends
Custom blend orders created through The Factory are eligible for return under the same 30-day policy. However, because custom blends are made to order, processing times for custom blend refunds may take slightly longer. If you experience any issues with a custom blend order, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
Apparel Returns
Apparel items (hoodies, etc.) follow the same 30-day return policy. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Worn or washed apparel is not eligible for return unless it arrives damaged or defective.
